Followed By Our Year In Review event on January 10th!
The Wisconsin Chapter of the Appraisal Institute will host its Year in Review event on Friday, January 10, 2025, at the Poplar Creek Marriott Center in Brookfield, WI. The agenda includes a Housing, Race, and Equity Workshop led by Beth Van Gorp and Curt Kolell, MAI, AI-GRS, followed by a break. Attorney Adam Bazelon will address legal issues, leading to a lunch break. After lunch, Attorney David Wimmer of Wimmer Communities will present on development projects. The afternoon features group tours of the Marriott Hotel property and the Poplar Creek Apartment Development in alternating sessions. A brief break will follow before discussions resume with Tony Guth, MAI, from Colliers, presenting an analysis of capital market trends. The event concludes with a property market and trends analysis featuring Kristin Johnson, Becky Masik-Cannady, MAI, SRA, AI-RRS, and Tom Kim from CBRE's Valuation and Advisory Services team. This comprehensive program promises valuable insights into the appraisal industry's key topics and trends.
