Commercial Appraisal Position
Bussen Company based in Madison, Wisconsin is adding to its commercial real estate appraisal
team. Candidates should be well-versed at working with Word and Excel; Argus or Rockport
VAL would be a plus.
Attention to detail and excellent writing and organizational skills are required. We generally
work on more complex assignments. This is a full-time position in our office. We offer
competitive fee splits, access to a UW Health/Quartz health insurance plan and have a very

Position
– Commercial/Industrial Real Estate Appraiser
CVA is looking to further support its
growing valuation practice by hiring qualified, self-motivated, energetic
individuals who are willing to further their careers in the real estate valuation
industry. This position focuses mainly
on the commercial and industrial real estate sector.
Primary Responsibilities
· Market research and preparation of valuation models
for the appraisal of commercial/industrial real estate throughout the United
States.
· Creating quality narrative reports describing the
subject of the valuation, methodology employed, assumptions utilized and
conclusions of value.
· Communication with senior staff daily and clients as
directed.
Qualifications,
Experience and Skills
· Certified General Appraiser in one or multiple states.
· Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, or
finance. combined engineering and business degree is a plus.
· Highly skilled with use of Word and Excel.
· Familiarity with CoStar, or other real estate
software.
·
Designated member of an appraisal society is a plus.
· Willing to travel for short periods.
Compensation
A base salary will be provided based
upon experience. The position also
offers the opportunity to earn bonuses based upon individual performance and
overall company performance.
